Refunds and Exchanges

-Order by mistake? No problem. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. I will issue a refund.

-All sales are final.

-I DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. 

-If there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and we can discuss the situation to make it right.

-We take great care in packaging our products to ensure a safe delivery to your home. If there is damage when you receive your items please take a photograph of the box (including label), the packaging, and the damaged item. Submit photos as well as a detailed description of the box condition as well as the item condition within 5 days of receiving the shipment and I will file an insurance claim. You may be required to present your damaged item and packaging at your local Post Office as apart of the insurance claim review. It is inconvenient, but unfortunately apart of the process. You will receive a replacement item as soon as possible or a full refund.
